Zanolli pizza ovens have simple to use variable heat controls for the top and bottom elements. With tempered glass and an internal light enabling the chef to check on his pizzas as they are been cooked. The pizza ovens have a traditional refractory base which can accommodate 8 x 12 inch pizzas on the base or alternatively 8 x 11” pizzas in pans.

Parry offer a twin deck pizza oven with 2 ceramic stone baking decks in one unit. There is capacity for 4 x 12” pizzas over the two baking plates which can be cooked in approximately 4 minutes depending on the thickness of the base.
