3 Pan High Efficiency Hinged Lid Counter Frying Range

 

Hopkins Catering Equipment were recently asked to quote to supply a new frying range at Byrnes Fish And Chips in Walton Liverpool and were very happy to win the order despite strong competition from our competitors! 

Byrnes is a family run business just like Hopkins Catering Equipment and they have been open on this site since 1932! The fish and chips are excellent and so the shop is extremely busy with a queue pretty much from opening time at 11.30 until evening closing time. The old frying range just wasn’t up to the job any more so Mr Dixon chose the Hopkins fish and chip range based on the low gas consumption, high performance, fast recovery and quality of manufacture having visited our factory to see our catering equipment being built. 

At the same time as the new range was installed the shop was refitted with new flooring tiles, and signage and now looks the business! 

Dave is absolutely over the moon with the results the range is producing and quality food is going out of the door far more quickly than before.
