3 Pan Flat Top High Efficiency Wall Range

Hopkins Catering recently installed a bespoke 3 pan flat top high efficiency frying range for Ben Levy of the Mayflower in Leigh on Sea. We were required to come up with a specialist design to suit the particular needs of the premises where space is at a premium and sales of ice cream also needed to be considered.

During the summer months business can be extremely brisk with two or three servers at a time required for the takeaway side of the business serving customers through the windows of the listed building. In addition further staff are required to provide service for the indoor seating area.

The solution was to manufacture a combination of a wall and island style frying range with double sided fish racks and a double sided chip box. The unique combination means that staff can serve from both sides of the ends of the range.

Ben is extremely pleased with the results with both customer satisfaction and speed of service improving. The chips made using the Hopkins frying range are much improved compared to the product from the old range and many more customers can now be served in busy periods with the double sided racks on the frying range.
