When Hopkins went to see Mario it was very clear that his shop had a phenomenal local following in the Weaverham area. He made his name with fantastic quality fresh fish and chips and due to his popularity his old frying range wasn’t keeping up to the demand.

Hopkins won the order and installed a 4 pan hinged lid island frying range along with two bespoke counters with drop down bain marie and illuminated front.

Mario has been very pleased with his new frying range. Not only can he now keep up with the demand for his popular fish and chips but he is saving money on his energy bills too.
