Four Pan Flat Top Island Frying Range and L Shaped Service Counter with Wet Fish Refrigerated Serveover Display

Hopkins recently manufactured and installed a 4 pan high efficiency flat top island frying range for basket frying at the new west Mersea Fish Bar near Colchester in Essex.

Owners Sel and Chris already operated the highly successful West Mersea Oyster bar close by, so when the local fish and chip shop became available they decided to acquire it.

Hopkins visited site and measured up for a new layout design and equipment including the new frying range, a stainless steel service counter with wet fish serveover display built in, a new XL 11 drawer fish fridge and a new extraction canopy with interlock system.

Since opening the new shop has been extremely successful, we wish everyone there all the best for the future.
