4 Pan High Efficiency Island Frying Range with Hinged Lid 

Hopkins recently won the order to supply and install a four pan High Efficiency Island range at Gabby’s fish and chip shop in Bridlington.

Mr Reece had been looking at the option of a used non high efficiency range, but the life costs of the initially more expensive Hopkins product versus the cheaper used equipment were examined. The far lower gas consumption of our High Efficiency system meant that it actually worked out far cheaper to invest in our frying range and the initial cost difference was exceeded by the savings after only a few years.

Gabby’s makes real fish and chips the way they are meant to be. They make their own batter and offer an extensive menu suitable from toddler to oap. Their home made onion rings are a huge success with the shop going through 20kg of onions and 20 ltrs if vegetable oil a week!
