Four Pan L-Shaped Counter Frying Range
Hopkins recently manufactured, shipped and installed a new four pan counter frying range for Shirley Appleton at her fish and chip shop The London Chippy near Perth, Western Australia.
Shirley had operated a busy fish and chip shop in Leigh On Sea for many years in the UK before emigrating to Australia and eventually bought an Australian type fish and chip shop out there.
As is the case throughout Australia the shop was using standard kitchen fryers, so as the business increased it became clear that this type of appliance is not suited to volume fish and chip production.
Shirley decided that she needed a British frying range so looked around on the internet to find the best thing available. By coincidence, Hopkins had recently replaced the frying range in her old shop, as well as having installed several ranges over in Australia so it seemed clear which frying range to go for!
The shop has gone from strength to strength since the new range was installed and life has been far easier as well for Shirley with the huge increase in production capacity of the new equipment versus the old.
