3 Pan High Efficiency Flat Top Frying Range

Hopkins recently installed a three pan flat top high efficiency counter frying range at the first of a new chain of Harry Ramsden's franchises in Scotland. The frying range was manufactured complete with a chrome plated flat top griddle.

Harry Ramsden's have been making their world famous fish and chips for over 85 years. The secret to their batter is a closely guarded secret, freshly made every day to ensure the perfect consistency, it is just one of the reasons generations of families go back times and time again. 

We were also happy to supply Hopkins potato preparation equipment including HC1 chipper with stand, HP25/56 peeler, stainless steel eyeing tank and stainless steel sludge trap. Harry Ramsden's pride themselves on making the perfect chip using the best British potatoes chipped daily using Hopkins potato preparation equipment.
