Fish Co, Leicester Square
Three Pan Flat Top High Efficiency Counter Frying Range
Hopkins were recently commissioned to design, manufacture, and install a three pan open style frying range for the Radisson Blu Edwardian hotel chain's new "Fish Co" fish and chip shop project, at one of London's most prestigious locations, Leicester Square.
The shop itself is part of the Hampshire hotel so Hopkins was tasked to design a solution to minimise both noise and potential odour emissions and a system including carbon filter, electrostatic precipitator and odour neutraliser was included.
The outlet has been extremely ever busy since the opening and we look forward to opening further similar shops with Radisson in the near future.
