Mr Singh has been at his present location in Peterlee, County Durham since 2001. He has built up a fantastic reputation in the area for the quality of his food and in particular his fish and chips. When thinking about which fish and chips frying range to buy a key consideration was keeping and even exceeding his customers’ already high expectations.

The reason Mr Singh was looking for new fish and chip shop equipment was that he wanted to take advantage of newer technology. He already had a 23 year old Hopkins range which was still working perfectly well. The only reason Mr Singh wanted to replace his existing Hopkins frying range was to get the massive gas savings from having a high efficiency burner system.

An order was placed for a 3 pan flat top high efficiency counter frying range. Mr Singh decided on getting a new Hopkins frying range as he knew Hopkins to be a reliable manufacturer of quality equipment. His bespoke range included 3 pans, 1 chip box, 1 tool box and a bespoke counter with embossing and led lighting.

With his new High Efficiency frying range Mr Singh is seeing gas bill reductions of approximately 50% compared with his old range!
