From an old shop and a complete shell he has achieved something truly brilliant. With such a varied menu he is reaching out to a massive market and with the train station just next to his shop this is a true success story.
Hopkins have installed a 3 pan counter frying range into the open style kitchen. His logo and illuminated pillars can be seen from outside by everyone coming out of the train station. We are sure this business will go from strength to strength.
