3 Pan High Efficiency Hinged Lid Counter Frying Range
Cooks at Portmadog is one of the four recently installed frying ranges Hopkins has completed for Bourne Leisure at their Haven Holiday Park. Hopkins worked closely with Advance Catering Group, a leading kitchen design expert and food service project management company.
The Greenacres site required a 3 pan Counter High Efficiency frying range to supply their popular traditional fish and chips takeaway as part of their development programme for 2013. Located near the swimming pool and games area the fish and chip shop is extremely popular with the Haven guests. Takings are up over the previous concession despite shorter opening hours.
