3 Pan Traditional Counter Range 

Hopkins recently supplied fish and chip shop equipment to Gary Brookshaw who was renovating a pub and splitting part of it off as a hot food take-away.

We won the orders for a 3 pan traditional counter fish and chip frying range, Lincat pizza oven, Tefcold pizza prep counter, Blue Seal six burner range, Blue Seal chargrill, twin Archway doner kebab grill, stainless steel extraction canopy with gas safety interlock system, Foster counter fridge and freezer, Hopkins HP25/56 peeler with sludge trap, Hopkins HC1 chipper, Tefcold refrigerated salad topper and a Kuroma table top southern fried chicken pressure fryer.

The concept is to be able to provide as many different types of take-away food as possible and the shop even opens first thing in the morning for cooked breakfastsand on Sunday for traditional lunches!

Since opening in early June business has been excellent and we wish Gary and his wife Dawn, who is doing all the hard work in the shop, all the best for the future!
