3 Pan High Efficiency Flat Top Counter Range

Mr Richard Lee of Bear Cross fisheries in Bournemouth recently decided to upgrade his old fish frying range for something more modern and economical. The Hopkins High Efficiency frying range was chosen as the best equipment and value for money available.

Mr Lee chose to order the range with flat Laminate panels with white lighting to match his shop colour scheme and also required an open storage area to keep blanched chips without them steaming and going “soggy” so we adapted our standard curved glass display cabinet to suit.

The new range has brought the shop right up to date and it looks fantastic. A big increase in business with a drop in gas costs is imminent!
