When informed that the estate on which the Tu family’s Chinese Fish and Chipshop was situated was earmarked for re-development they located their business to a brand new shopping complex in a brand new building.

Working with them to create a traditional fish and chip takeaway look but with the kitchen and preparation capacity to run their very busy Chinese takeaway and delivery business too Hopkins worked alongside other trades people and of course the Town Planning and Environmental Health departments to ensure that the project ran to specification, schedule, and of course cost.
