Linda Lewis catering equipment slicers are produced by FAC an Italian family run business. All the slicers come complete with blade removal tools, safety cut out switch and an integral blade sharpening device. The slicers come in a variety of blade sizes from 8.5" to the heavy duty 12" model.

Ital slicers high quality gravity feed slicers with chromed steel blade and ventilated motor for reliable continuous use in restaurants, fast food outlets, butchers, delicatessens etc. Supplied with standard blade removal tool. Non-slip feet for secure, stable placement. The two medium duty models produce cuts up to 13mm thick.

Buffalo catering equipment model has an ultra quiet high powered induction motor with a 12" blade and integral blade sharpener.
