The Falcon Catering Equipment pasta cooker is a counter top model with a lift out control box and elements for easy cleaning. It has a range of different baskets for increased flexability including one large basket and six smaller baskets.

The smallest pasta cooker we supply is the Lincat LPB with one single basket. It comes complete with a ringer for accurate cooking times and an interlock for added safety.

The Lincat PB33 and PB66 paster cookers are both counter top models with a choice of basket sizes. They include front mounted controls to ensure safe working practice and front drain taps for fast, easy drainage of water. These pasta boilers also boast corrosion-resistant stainless steel tanks and elements for long service life.

The free standing Opus 700 model Lincat pasta cookers have a 2 year parts and labour onsite warranty with a large range of basket and gastronorm container options. They are three products in one: pasta boiler, steamer or bain marie and are plumbed to fresh water and waste for convenient operation.
