Contact grills and Panini makers are one and the same. Panini grills are contact grills which have ribbed plates designed to give the Panini the distinctive makings. Panini makers are also usually a little wider to accommodate a long baguette.

Dualit has 3 models in its commercial catering equipment range a single contact grill, a panini maker and a double panini grill. Each contact grill features cast iron plates and a thermostatically controlled temperature range from 50 - 300 deg C. Also in the product range is the extremely popular deep fill contact toaster for sealed toasted sandwiches.

Lincat Catering Equipment do a large range of Lynx 400 counter top commercial contact grills with a variety of plate options for if you require smooth or ribbed plates. The L model contact grills or panini makers have cast iron plates, fast heat up and thermostatic control for accurate repeatable results. The GG model contact grills and Panini makers are heavy duty grills with cast aluminium plates and mica heating elements for extremely even heat and precise control. They seal in juices and flavour for succulent results.

Rowlette Ruttland Catering Equipment commercial contact grills have a free floating top plate which can be adjusted to any angle to suit the food you are cooking. The contact grills have an economy switch for less busy periods with thermostatic control from 50 - 220 deg C. The economy switch reduces energy consumption by 30 % while maintaining the cooking temperature.

Roband Grill Station Contact Grills GSA
