Mr Thompson of Country Refreshments recently ordered another Hopkins multi purpose range for a mobile catering van.

The Hopkins multi purpose range has 5 pans with a heated chip box and 3 heated display boxes to cook and display the range of food available. The trailer offers traditional fish and chips, bacon rolls, beefburgers plus hot and cold drinks.

The frying range was manufactured to run off LPG making it ideal for use in mobile catering trailers. The range was manufactured in our Leeds based factory where it was collected for installation into the trailer.
