3 Pan Flat Top High Efficiency Island Range with Built in Double Griddles

 

David wood and family of the Woody’s chain of fish and chip shops based in South Yorkshire have just opened a new restaurant in Barnsley town centre.

Hopkins were chosen to supply the new 3 pan flat top high efficiency island frying range with two built in griddles and also to supply catering equipment and refrigeration. Included were Foster under counter fridges and freezers, Foster double door upright freezer, XL 12 drawer 30 stone wet fish fridge, Hobart 800S under counter dishwasher, IMC waste disposal unit, pre rinse spray, Hopkins stainless steel fish prep station with defrosting stand, stainless steel sinks and tables, a heavy duty microwave, Lincat HT6 boiling top and stainless steel fly killers.

Mr Wood decided to use the same Hopkins fish and chip range as in his other shops. He has used our equipment for many years with outstanding reliability and having tried an alternative manufacturer a couple of years ago did not had the same experience.

With an excellent location opposite the main bus/train station and fantastic fish and chips including the “JUMBO COD” (the largest fish portion I have ever seen!) being produced, this is sure to be a massive success for David and his son Chris who will be running the business.
