Hopkins Generation 4 Hi Efficiency SIX Pan Island Frying Range.

 

Hopkins has recently completed a large project for Whitby’s, a traditional fish and chip shop in Catcliffe, Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

The open plan kitchen was designed to service a large restaurant and incorporates a takeaway area to the front.  A huge 7 metre stainless steel serving counter was designed to be the initial focal point for the customer and includes a disabled service area.

At the heart of the kitchen is a huge Hopkins Generation 4, Hi Efficiency 6 Pan island fish and chip frying range which is then surrounded by separate stations which cater for the other offerings on their menu, all with catering equipment specified, supplied and installed by Hopkins to allow the consistent flow of service demanded by this busy environment.

 

Supplied catering equipment products include:-

Range cookers, salamander grills, hot cupboards, walk in cold rooms, refrigeration equipment and benches, defrost racks, preparation benched and sinks, potato preparation equipment, batter mixers, canopy extractors, odour and pollution reduction equipment, dry store racking, dish and glass washing equipment with bespoke tables , benches and waste disposal equipment, each designed and installed to ensure maximum flow and maximum output.

 

This is a beautifully presented but traditional fish and chip restaurant and takeaway which I’m sure will be a big hit in Yorkshire.  We wish the team at Whitby’s the very best of luck for the future.
