4 Pan High Efficiency Island Range with Hinged Lids and Ansul Fire Suppression System

 

Hopkins recently installed a 4 pan high efficiency island frying range at the new fish and chip outlet at Royal Windsor racecourse. The scheme was carried out in conjunction with Brakes catering equipment part of Brake Bros.

We incorporated a manual Ansul fire suppression system to the fish and chip range. In addition the range was also connected directly into the fire alarm system so in the event of fire elsewhere in the building the gas supply is automatically shut down.
