Hopkins where happy to meet family restaurant operators Jed, Wayne and Jason Lees at the T quality exhibition at Farnborough prior to their acquisition of a large restaurant premises in Poole, Dorset.

We were happy to help them with the design, manufacture, supply and installation of a large L – shaped 6 pan frying range with built in griddles to be built around a building support pillar. We also designed the layout for kitchen and preparation areas and installed air conditioning equipment.

This restaurant has turned out to be one of the best and most stylish we have ever been involved with and since opening has been a complete success.

We wish Jed Lees and his sons Wayne and Jason and family all the best for the future.
