2 Pan Multi Purpose Frying Range
Mr Paul Denicolo recently opened a new hot food outlet in the French alpine town of Morzine. When devising the menu for his new restaurant offering genuine British fish and chips where at the top of the list.
Due to the small size of the premises and also because other kinds of food were to be available Mr Denicolo opted to utilise our compact multi purpose frying range. The frying range can be easily installed by local engineers, rather than sending out a team to install a full size range, and sits under a locally supplied extraction canopy alongside the other cooking equipment.
We also supplied a Flacon G2941 LPG griddle, a refrigerated salad topping unit, Hobart Baraid 800S front loading dishwasher, Foster EPRO refrigerated counter, Lincat GS7 electric griddle and a fat filtration machine.
The shop is doing very well and we wish Paul all the best for the future.
