4 Pan Flat Top High Efficiency Counter Range

 

Mr Dougie Truscott of Harrogate decided recently to upgrade his old traditional 3 pan fish and chip range. He had three criteria; something which would give higher capacity in very busy periods such as Friday tea, offer lower running costs, and also not cost the earth!

 

A tall order which we were able to satisfy with a four pan high efficiency flat top counter frying range. The gas consumption is far better than the range being replaced and the extra pan and open top frying style have seen costs reduce and queues go down as customers are served faster.
