3 Pan High Efficiency Hinged Lid Counter Frying Range
When Sue Bains decided to get back into the Fish and Chip industry she located suitable premises for conversion to a take away in Stoke. Sue contacted Hopkins to help with the design and specification of her new shop.
We provided Sue with layout drawings for her fish and chip shop and included the correct equipment to satisfy the conditions laid down by the local authority for change of use approval.
Once planning had been agreed we were given the go ahead to manufacture and supply the frying range along with all the ancillary catering equipment and refrigeration.
At Hopkins manufacturing department in Leeds we manufactured the bespoke 3 pan High Efficiency counter frying range with hinged lids. In addition to the frying range, odour control and noise reduction equipment where manufactured and installed to comply with the local authority regulations. Other equipment manufactured included a Hopkins chipper, peeler, eyeing tank, interceptor tank, catering sink, handwash basins and fish prep station with defrost stand.
We also supplied ancillary catering equipment including a 47 cu ft, double door freezer, 21 cu ft fridge, XL 8 drawer 20 stone fish fridge, two electric kebab grills with fume filtration hood, Samsung 1900W heavy duty microwave, 6 pot wet well bains marie and a glass door pop fridge.
