Traditional 3 Pan Counter Frying Range

Hopkins Catering Equipment where delighted to install a 3 pan counter frying range at the last fish and chip shop in Britain.

The 190 Degree’s West Fish and Chip shop in Cornwall is only 1 ½ miles from Lands End and is the first and the last fish shop in Britain. The shop was previously a café when business partners Gemma Bolitho and Les Taskis decided to convert the building into a fish and chip shop. Planning permission was needed for the change in shop use and Hopkins where happy to help by liaising with planners.

The traditional 3 pan counter fish and chip range was complete with a heated chip box, an ambient scrap / utensil box and three heated curved glass displays. Hopkins also supplied a Hopkins potato chipper with stand, Hopkins potato peeler, Merlin fat filter and an XL 6 draw fish fridge.

Gemma and Les have reported their new shop is going extremely well. Everyone at Hopkins wishes them good luck and continued success.
