Commercial Kitchen Design and Installation

White Willows nursing home in Jordanthorpe Sheffield was designed, supplied and installed by Hopkins Catering Equipment. We worked alongside Bramall Construction to produce a commercial kitchen to cater for 45 people.

The kitchen layout was designed by Hopkins Project Manager Skip Appleyard. The kitchen was designed to gain the most potential out of the kitchen area guaranteeing the most effective utilisation of the space available.

Included in the commercial kitchen installation was a 6 burner gas range, Joker B combi steamer, Lincat twin tank fryer, Samsung commercial microwave, Instanta water boiler, plus complete refrigeration, ware washing and fabrication.
