Sami decided to refurbish the commercial kitchen in his Heckmondwike restaurant after expansion of the front of house area to 85 seats. Sami ensures he speaks to all his customers and creates a vibrant and pleasant atmosphere making his restaurant the busiest in the area. The commercial kitchen designed by Hopkins would manage the demand of production at its fullest capacity.

Within the commercial kitchen there was various heavy duty tandoori catering equipment, upright fridges & freezers, sliding door back bar chiller, commercial dishwasher, waste disposal unit, various stainless steel fabrication such as s/s prep tabling, s/s L-shaped dishwash tabling, s/s cupboards, s/s double bowl sink unit, s/s wall shelves, s/s 3-tier shelving unit, s/s mobile trolley.
