Hopkins have a long history of working with Bramall Construction. The Hoyland Project consisted of Hopkins designing, supplying and installing all ventilation and cooking equipment for another Hanover Housing development, a 40 bedroom nursing home situated in Barnsley.

Fitzwilliam Court is a major development in Hoyland providing the town with a new extra care housing scheme comprising of 44 purpose build apartments, as well as four apartments available for shared ownership, together with additional facilities for the community.

The development included a large dining room and kitchen to provide for the residents. Hopkins where commissioned to design, supply and install the catering equipment required for the kitchen and survery area.
